Water

The importance of water in our lives, can't be emphasized enough, considering how we are largely composed of it and how it plays a role in our bodily functions.

Happy is the real pretty. I’d like to take a moment to talk to you about water. Well, we all know water is fundamental for our life, and we are made up of mostly water. We know that the moon pulls the ocean and creates the tides, and we’re water too, so the moon is pulling us.

We are a part of nature, and as much as we can see that, it’s going to help us feel at ease and in harmony and more balanced with all of the rhythms of nature. Humans, in general, are chronically dehydrated.

Even if we’re drinking water, there are certain things in our water these days that make it not absorb. So whenever I talk to people about this, they’re like, oh no, I drink a lot of water. But when you practice happy is the real pretty, and you start getting these movements and exercises going in your face, the more water you drink, the better.

And you can enhance your water with lemon or different herbs, different things to make it taste better. I like to put a splash of apple cider vinegar and maybe a little sweetener in my water so it tastes delicious.

But make water an exciting part of your life, because when you’re low on it, all of your systems don’t function as well. And when you flush yourself out with water on a regular basis, you’re going to feel better, you’re going to look better, you’re going to function better.

So I can’t stress that enough. Drink more water. Make it delicious, make it exciting, and keep it going in, in, in.
