Muscles are Muscles
While the concept may seem simple, the parallel with traditional body workouts becomes apparent - from neck down to face, muscles respond to contraction and toning. The 43 facial muscles (57 with the neck) benefit from small yet purposeful movements, mirroring the effects of a gym workout. "Muscles are Muscles" infuse a healthy energy into your face for a holistic transformation.

Happy is the real pretty. This section is called Muscles are Muscles and I know that’s kind of a boring little sentence but I just want you to think about one thing. From the neck down we all know you can do bicep curls, you can do chest presses, and guess what your muscles change.
When you contract a muscle concentrically the two ends of the muscle get closer together. The belly of the muscle plumps up or pumps up and actually fills up with blood. Over time when you work your muscles concentrically throughout your whole body you start to develop a more toned physique.
Think about how many gyms are in the town that you live in. They’re everywhere. There’s Pilates Studios, there’s Yoga Studios, there’s bodybuilding. We know there’s some legitimate practice of building muscles.
Well guess what? From here up you have 43 muscles and if you count your neck you have 57 muscles. So even though these movements that we’re doing are small and might even seem silly, they are having the exact same effect as if you took them to the gym.
So you could think of happy as the real pretty. Not only is it about positive thinking and learning to love yourself but it’s applying the science of yoga and fitness and wellness from the neck down to our faces.
And that combination along with the positive thinking and the happy attitude can really change the way you look, the way you carry yourself, and increase your overall vitality. So be patient with yourself.
It’s a combination of massage, trigger points, acupressure, flushing, as well as strengthening that vitality, that healthy energy back into your face.
