Inversion
Not only are you going to get traction in your neck, which will help you have a nice firm, strong neck to keep your head back over your spine, it's also going to help reverse the effects of gravity through your whole face.

Happy is the real pretty. This segment is about inversion. What does that mean? Turning things upside down. So I practice yoga and I love to do handstands and headstands and downward -facing dog. These are all postures where your head is below your heart.
And it creates a reverse flow of gravity through all of your body’s systems. Well, those things are great, but maybe not available for everybody. So here’s the good news. You can lie on the edge of your bed and let your head hang backwards off your bed.
That’s going to create an upward flow of circulation in your face. So if the idea of doing a handstand or headstand is not possible, you can hang your face forward off the edge of the bed or backwards and even sideways.
Not only are you going to get traction in your neck, which will help you have a nice firm, strong neck to keep your head back over your spine, it’s also going to help reverse the effects of gravity through your whole face.
In other words, things that are starting to go this way are going to go this way. It’s temporary, yes, but if you do it day by day, we have this cumulative and compounding effect, which means it’s accumulating and it’s compounding.
So if you do a little bit every day or even three times a week, you will start to see and feel a big difference. Feel free to look it up on the Internet and read about the benefits of inversion.
