Welcome to Happy is the Real Pretty. The original purpose of this project, for me personally, was to help women men learn to love themselves. Learning to see the good when you look in the mirror is an art and a science.

It’s been proven that what we focus on expands. So when you look in the mirror, if you focus on your flaws, your blemishes, that’s what you see and it projects an insecurity out to the world around you.

Now this is not about being perfect. It’s about learning how to love yourself just the way you were created and then making the most of what you have so that your features come out and that so you can be attractive and full of life and vibrancy through your whole long happy life.
