Our typical day…
7am (ish): Wake-up, hydrate, & attend optional meditation
8-9am: Morning “Wake Up” cardio circut followed by some light yoga to get ourselves ready to take on the day and set our intentions for our day
10am: Smoothie time : )
11am-4pm: Free time and adventures!
4pm: Organic feast (or optional fast)
5-7pm: Yoga Therapeutics
7pm: Vegan Ice Cream!!!
8pm: Evening Sacred Self-Care Rituals such as detox mud masks, guided relaxation, acupressure massage, and practice with ‘Yoga from the Neck Up!’
